i did not say licensed breeders are better. in fact, some should
not be granted any license in the first place.
so your friend is a better animal lover than me. that's swell. it
should also means he/she should know better than to do what he/she
is doing (presumably) illegally.
i think i'm just asking a reasonable question. no need to get hot
