I guess it makes more sense to get that digital video cam, now
if only they will sell this storage here.
Green House has upgraded its Dispy 2 multistorage unit. Not only
can it write the contents of your memory cards to CD with no
computer required, it can transmit the memory to TV for immediate
viewing.
Using a remote control, you can also operate a slide show and view
thumbnail photos. Dipsy 2 can accept seven different memories: Mini
SD Card, SD card, Memory Stick, Compact Flash, Smart Media, Memory
Stick Duo and Multi Media Card (MMC).

Voice changer
I can already think of
selling this to those 1900-wacky talk chat lines.
Here's something to help keep out unwanted calls. Panasonic's new
phone is wiretap-proof, it has a voice changer and function to
reject specific incoming calls. The 2.4 GHz phone has a clear
digital sound for mobile use at home.

hmmm... unique design ... I wonder how they will mount it to get
maximum effect of 360 degree evenly distributed sound, mebbe it's
time to replace that ugly disco crystal ball.
For a different audio effect, check out this unique-looking
dodecahedron audio speaker. It can be used indoors and outdoors in
any weather. It is waterproof and resistant to the sun and
seawater. Enclosures are made from painted-finish steel and each
speaker unit is covered with punching nets. With maximum input
level of 480W, it meets the requirements of PA installations. For
live-stage use, it can be mounted on a baton hanger. Sound is
evenly released over 360 degrees, so you can comfortably listen to
music from any angle. It comes in three colors: black, ivory and
earth green.
