Gordonator SG wow the triple nine reruns every weekday 4pm on chn 5 is really nostalgic! with james lye, wong li lin, lim yu beng, kinda bring back the memories of the 90s.
Oyster Omelette SG Haha, I saw that sitcom when I was very young..can still remember bits and parts of it.
Gordonator SG LOL! sitcom. seriously, it's even more action packed than most of the local dramas nowadays.
fudgester SG Triple Nine was a dark chapter in the history of Singapore television.... Its original series with James Lye simply stank. Its only saving grace was its eye candy in Wong Li-Lin.... heheh . The revamped series with Mark Richmond, Annabelle Francis and Robin Leong was much better in my opinion. Of course, I think that Annabelle was a much better source of eye candy. As long as they don't show Masters of the Sea/Troubled Waters, we can all live happily. Or else........ 'I will kerrrusssh him like a cockroach!!!!!'
Oyster Omelette SG uh-oh, I must have a wrong usage of the english language that's why you are laughing at me Action packed? hmm..if I can remember, it's more of detective work? Cause I remeber they were investigating this particular video and they found out that the actors inside were not only faking their death..but they were really dead!
Gordonator SG cos u said it was a sitcom. it's a not a sitcom lah. anyway are u sure it's the same show we are discussing here?
Oyster Omelette SG yep, triple nine that is. I used to watch it on channel 5 when I was 11-12 years. The above mentioned belongs to one of the scene in it
Gordonator SG i much preferred the classic tiple nine as compared to the robin leong, mark richmond version.
fudgester SG Sure I do.... that was an even better comedy than Triple Nine. Can laugh all the way until my guts hurt. And what was the name of the bad guy (played by Mark Richmond)? 'Click-Click Man'? WAHAHAHAHAH......
Marco_Simone SG Who was the female lead in VR Man? Forgot liao though I watched every single episode then-still a naive bored JC kid.
Marco_Simone SG Yes,whenever I wake up at 0530 to check the football results on teletext,Days of Our Life is on.
