nope..
what is missing these days are parents who are willing to take the
personal responsibility to educate their children with
values...
they figure, they can pay someone or can throw their children at
the schools and it is not their responsibility to teach their own
children well..
well, if you adopt a pet from the SPCA, the people there will want
to make sure you will be a responsible pet owner.... but anyone can
be parents..
