mine very small only 20gb
so need to back up files some times
cannot stores so many things
How do u backup yr files? In wat format?
If u got Mp3 files , do u just copy as Mp3 files or
burned them as CDs?

Also if u backup one file
then the file increase size already
do u just refresh and burn again
or copy as new file or overwrite it?
Which way better?
Does it waste the CD space?

I transfer mp3 files to my mp3 player. Can erase when I'm "tired" of the song. No need to waste $ on blank discs. Mr. Green

My computer lag and "freeze" when my hard disk memory is low.

My mp3 player has 5GB memory, can contain 2000+ songs in it. But by Creative, the player "freeze" sometimes. Confused

If you burn into CD, can only contains 17 songs in one disc. If you burn into mp3, can have many songs in one disc but cannot play in CD player.

Lavendin SG

wah yr player so much memory ah

5 gb , how much u paid for it?

can it be sorted into diff folders and be search for?

squarepegs SG

$350+. Yup, it can be sorted in different folders and songs are organise to search for (artist name, ablum name, music genre, etc).

ctstalin SG

yes, u can remove the old one then put in the new one, alternatively u can add on to the old one... just connect yr new hdd to another 'socket' on the cable that connects the old hdd.... dunno izzit called slave or mas ter or anything like tat.... tat's wat i did to add in another 20gb peanuts to my pea sized 10 gb hdd Mr. Green
