to me, cheap comes in different ways 
the shopkeeper takes a look at me, and listens to my description of
the jeans i want, and gives me a pair which fits me
perfectly...
he does not try to push expensive Levis or whatever, just the pairs
that will fit me perfectly... and my last pair was $35... better
than a pair of Levis i got in a mall years ago which doesn't fit
well... and much cheaper too!
that.. is good service, and great value for money!
