Hey, the partner yoga looks good man! You mentioned communication, understanding and intimacy. Lets talk about the last one. hehe. No, seriously, does it mean we have to go with our own partners or we just go there and pluck any unsuspecting victim from the crowd?

Wah.....that may mean that before you start class, you have to strategise where to stand (or who you stand beside), right? So you go on stage and stand beside the instructor har? hahah...

Eh, but seriously....I think thats for the expert level. I mean I don't think I wanna risk balancing anyone in the air just with my feet like that (referring ot your middle picture).

You also mentioned verbal and non-verbal communications. You mean you actually have to talk with each other?

Very Happy Partner yoga...need a partner before starting...hmm...
depends on the class you sign up for I guess...
the one that I went to is random selection...but there are some couples who joined in there as well. ..for us there alone, its just partner whoever is next to you loh....nearest to your height....or if the instructor nows your standards he will match you with someone of similar capabilities....
(I never go and stand next to him lah...he chooses who he wants to use wan...must see if you can handle advanced poses or not mah...)

The middle pic...yah, thats quite advanced, but not hard...that pose needs strength from the man,(the instructor was the only one who could carry a girl with his feet), amazing balance and trust from the woman, his feet are on the small of the back only...
and communication...of course you have to talk to each other... I cant just jump on to the fella...got to know if hes physically and mentally ready...hes got to know if the girl is too...talking each other through, holding the poses, encouraging each other on control and breathing...
if you know each other well enough than, speech is no longer necessary I guess....

its really alot of fun doing it with someone, especially it that person is a someone special... Very Happy ...you know that Romancing Singapore campaign they had a while back?? Partner yoga was one of the core activites in the campaign

Dear Care Bear....

Hey, care bear is the one that if scratched in the tummy, produces a fragrance right?

Tonight, I was training at my place with my partner (the 25 year old guy I was touting). He wants me to join another gym with him. Sigh...sounds tempting again.

Wah, that means to have the chance to work out with the partner of choice, before the true yoga class starts, I have to start strategising already on who to stand next to. haha. Suddenly, a big sweaty sloppy burping hairy guy come and stand beside you how?

One question....do you sweat when you do yoga? I mean being so close to each other, sweating away....can be quite uncomfortable right? Wet, sticky, BO, etc.

One day maybe I'll get to balance you on my feet like that, but firstly I hope you have life insurance. Very Happy
