Perhaps the most famous "Beat Generation" books of all
time.

The book is a rambling chronicle of his wanderings with Neal
Cassady. The adventures of the epic road trip would become the book
of that generation, along with other Beat writers like William S
Burroughs and Allen Ginsberg, he was to become immortalised forever
with that era.
With this book, Kerouac gives the reader a glimpse into the world
that he and many others chose to live in. The other books of that
generation would be the epic poem Howl by Ginsberg and The Naked
Lunch by Burroughs.
4 out of 5 for historical relevancy.
