FireIce SG yah. if u sending from SG to another SG lumber (whether recipient in SG or overseas) then u are using ur free SMS if u are using SG lumber and receiving SMS from SG lumber while in another country (on roaming), u have to bear the trunk charges according to the telecom network in that country
