Kenji is a "personal tour guide" whose job is in fact, a sex
tour guide.
Things start to become strange and scary when Frank, an American
tourist becomes his latest client.
Kenji suspects his client is a serial killer as he looks into the
eyes of Frank and finds something that causes him to fear for his
very soul.
Kenji's moral paralysis and complicity in the activities of his
client reveals the rotten interior of his society.
Ultimately, it is his girlfriend who saves him, leaving him to
wonder if his society is lost in their rush for instant
gratification and pleasure.
