First thing first. Both your target and you must have feelings for

Ok, here comes the tricky part. You will never know whether the
girl will accept you unless you ask. Either you pluck up your
courage and face possible rejection, or you keep quiet and admire
her from afar.
So, the best thing would be to be friends with her first.

things.
