u can't really go wrong with citibank and UOB.. but for UOB one
thing that really ticks me off is that i can't pay my bills at the
cash deposit machines direct into the card. u need to bank it in to
a UOB current or savings account and do a transfer to the cc.
so i'm gonna have to write a cheque every month, since i dun have a
UOB banking a/c, and i'm not gonna open one and pay the fees just
for the cc.
