Mediacorp Magician Hand Advertisement - Your view on it

NuaMan SG

Hi all,

What do you think of the TV advertisment from Mediacorp that displays a pair of computer generated magician hand, showing off all the things that Mediacorp provide, like radio stations, newspapers (eg Today), tv programs (eg TCS 5), etc.

It really creeps me out as it sort of reminded me of a predator who likes to use the hands to anyhow touch people without asking people's permission.

What do you think?

TTFU SG

Just a advertisement. Dont tell me you get shocked when you see cigarette pictures on the box. Btw you made a account just for this ?

ChoCoChips SG

i think u think too much

Hi TTFU,

For cigarette pictures, I did not get shocked. Actually I did not get shocked from the advertisment, I just felt creep out. Anyway you are right, I made an account just for this. So boliao of me right?

Hi ChoCoChips,

Yep, perhaps I really think too much.

TTFU SG

Hmm... people have different thinking, some see it as distrubing some see it as normal. Ah anyway ignore my last line, my usual way of talking.

Hi TTFU,

No worries. I did not take offence with your last line at all.

Yep, pple have different thinking. One man's meat is another man's poison. I just want to have a sense of what other pple think of this advertisement.
