Give Me S'More Brownies
Ingredients:
4 whole (5 x 2 1/2 inch) graham crackers
2 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each)
1 package brownie mix (19.8 - 21 ounces) plus ingredients to make
brownies
1 cup miniature marshmellows
1. Preheat oven to 350F (190C). Spray bottom of 9x9 pan with
vegetable oil. Prepare brownie mix according to package
instructions. Pour brownie mixture into 9x9 pan. Spread to corners
and edges. Bake 25 mins.
2. Coarsely chop graham crackers and candy bars. Remove brownie to
cooling rack; immediately top brownie with marshmellows, chocolate
pieces and graham crackers, pressing lightly. Return to oven; bake
5-7 mins or until chocolate begins to melt.
