how big is 3000sq ft

Airry SG

rough estimation.. how big is the above. a typical 4 room flat in sg is how big?

Samngchaoyu SG

a 4 room flat is about 1000square feet, even the exective flat also never so big.only landed or penthouse has that big only.

ditzy SG

4 room flats are about 90 to 96 square meters including that little air con ledge sitting outside the kitchen window. That comes to about slightly above a 1000 square feet

Depends on the where it is located, and who you rent from. HDB industrial areas offer very good rental rates. Average 1.50 per sqf.

Ulu places like toh guan offer even cheaper.
