Bismillah
There are many prophecis in the Hadith that tells us about the
Dajjal. The link below briefly describes of him
http://www.islam.tc/prophecies/masdaj.html
To summarize, this False Messiah will travel around the world
spreading lies and bring as many into the wrong path. The coming of
this AntiChrist is one of the major signs of Qiyamah.
As we all know, most of the minor signs have already occured.
However, some signs of the coming of the AntiChrist has been
debated by some to have been going on in this world. Basically,
they sometimes termed this as the Dajjal system: The ongoing
political storyline of this era.

Especially with the one-eyed Dajjal, most compared it with the NWO
eye on the USA dollar bills. There are many characteristics of the
Dajjal that most people will tend to relate to the current
conspiracy theories. However, the term Dajjal itself is still
unclear; whether is it human, or just a metaphor. Allah knows
best.
There are alot of conspiracy theories, but I'm afraid of listing
them down due to racial issues.
This much I can provide you guys.
Salam.
