i think this is the place 
It is kind of a hard to find place and you have to drive thru
some dark bushes at night for about 3 mins before reaching the
seaside at Telok Jawa.
If you are driving there, take the Pasir Gudang Highway (near the
new Jusco) and take the 1st exit and head towards Tmn Megah Ria.
Look for Jalan Kota and Jln Jelatang on your map. Turn into Telok
Jawa when you are at Jln Jelatang and drive among the bushes for
about 3mins and you will end up by the seaside. source
