so nice... i dun even know if my sunflowers will grow up strong or not.... saw one with the stem bending down....
ur sunflower stems are strong or not one har??

not very strong yet.(the third pix on the left side)..its about 45cm tall now....the stem don't look like those i see at florist yet.....maybe later.....but then again...mine got too many squash together so might not hv space for them to grow well......see how they go....

i used to shift them and everytime i do that...they all die...so this time i will leave them as they are.....

mine is like abt 40cm nia and it's already budding.... Razz
and i thot the seed package says it's supposed to grow to 3m high one...
is it grow in pots and grow on ground got such difference?? Confused

that plant behind (that opens during the day time only) do u have difficulty keeping them?? mine always attracts white bugs and rot.... Confused i like them but too bad they always rot after a short while...maybe my place don't get full sunlight....haizzzz....

that plant just next to your sunflowers, those are herbs??

the stem is very weak... that's why need stick for support...
will post the flowers again after they had bloom....

erm... as for the rest of the plants... i dunno what are they leh... cos all those are planted by my parents.... even the sunflowers are taken care by my parents... Embarassed Razz

maybe my place here very sunny, that's why the flowers and plants bloom well ba... every morning, the sun will be shining on the corridor de...
but for the white bugs, i know my dad always spray this smelly thing... but nowadays, dun have the white bugs liao...

ic, try giving them some nutrients....serious...but then your parents are the one minding, guess u wont interfer Laughing

heard plants grow well at places with morning sun...

the smelly thing must be the insecticide i guess....i tried and also used some powder form which says for the white bug, still they rot and die...even my 'yin lu' also have the white cotton thing...haizzz......

erm... yah lor...
the most i do is to inspect the plants nia... and mainly the sunflower... Embarassed

i think so too.. my mom took 2 sunflower from the main pot and put in the kitchen cos there's sun in the afternoon.... and the 2 plants dun grow as well as the 3 in the main pot... and their stems are weaker....

aiyo... did u check up on the net on gardening? see if there's anything u can do abt the white bugs... but then last time my dad use... it was quite useful leh... the white bugs on the lime plant all died... not sure what my dad use also... later when he comes home, i'll ask him...
