Wanda SG Boh pian...sometimes it's like that in a group...coz not everybody is good at the same thing, but all must play their part in one way or another.
Wanda SG So you need to take on the "parent" role in the group and guide them/discipline them to get into shape.
Wanda SG Heheh...but u were in the parent mode already! There's this mgt theory thing called Transactional Analysis (if i rem correctly) - where each person takes on a child/parent and adult (?) mode at diff times.
