Wanda SG If the restaurant is crowded, i think maybe the manager can pressure them, e.g "Is there anything else you'll like to order" or clear their tables. I won't do such a thing....promise...will at least have a drink or snack, and won't sit for hours. But u haven't told me where.

SGpork SG hmm...nope..they always let them sit n leave themself.. our manager only do what in the resturant.. check stock...settle any problem or trouble from the costumer.. pull costumer in to eat..answer call..check if overall is ok.. thats all take order...clean...all we do ma.. appeitzer ...first course..main course...kopi...dessert...drink.. all we settle..so now he very happy lo.. he say we work here long enough liao know almost alot of thing liao so he can just stand there n watch us..like a watcher.. then sometimes go over the costumer n ask if everything is ok.. then another manager just stand at the stand...sweet talk n pull costumer in becos he good at talking..damn he work sure busy 1.. -.-' but i hate him! cos he always let the oppsite resturant pull in all the japanense/asian djj n xmm n always let angmo in ours..

SGpork SG that is just 1 of the many point! porky not that kinda like what u might or u thinking ok! cos if i dont work..ill be at home doing nth..(during weekday night at least) what to do...lonely porky..the most i come in here nia then..outside better than staying at home ma..stay at home long enough liao plus can earn some money..then no need always take from parents.. want buy things also can..easier..tho not alot but better than at home..doing nth..or surf forum ( like now i surf forum.. im not getting paid! HAHA not like MANY OF U LEI! )
SGpork SG ahh n 1 thing is kinda happy working there..cos i can get along with the chef..managers n all the fellow staff there to work at somewhere ur happier..but lesser pay or to work at somewhere higher pay but .. ur not happy there this Q
Wanda SG Ya....good to make money....u r quite sensible. Ahem....I believe in working smart, not working hard. I've finish all my work liao (except filing...always have one), so that's why I use the spare time to educate myself.
Wanda SG Not bad lah...get to eat nice food also. I think the exposure is very good for you - to the food culture, and to the different ppl u come across, the customer service experience, etc.
