Wanda SG Actually, I could have taken more, bec. old already, very easy to one day got flu, next wk go eye infection, 2 wks later go neck strain...but I will feel pai seh if take mc so often....dun wan to become mc queen.
Wanda SG That one is annual leave, separate from mc. MC is taken when one is sick...but if the mc king finish his quota of 14 mc days (for eg), any further sick leave that he takes, co will deduct his pay. Annual leave - yes, must be cleared. If don't take will loogi.
Wanda SG Still pai seh. In my ex-job, was so busy...got mc still go back to work...too much workload...those were really the chiong days.
