Wanda SG Splashy, this is the Violet Oon's receipe I used: http://food.asia1.com.sg/revamp/recipes/veg_19991001_005.shtml No ang moh herbs are used, just use worcestershire sauce (I think I used the Jap Bulldog sauce), and I skipped the black soya sauce coz I didn't want the substitute chicken to look like black chicken.

Wanda SG Juice from bulldog leather. Just kidding....it's worcestershire sauce, but the Jap version. Just like Jap has their version of QP (kewpie) mayonnaise...which is very nice actually.
Wanda SG I haven't tried the real XO sauce, only tried the vegetarian version, but I don't think so. W. sauce has some fruit/vege juices inside, and taste a bit sour/tangy, but it's also in brown colour. You can cook it with fried eggs and noodles.
