find lighting guy, sound guy
find an emcee to host
find VIP to cut ribbon (or watever ceremony to mark the
launch)
find PR co. to write press release, invite media
find advertising co. to make TVCs (tv commercials)
if u have a big budget, u can even haf fireworks (must apply
lic), hire SYZ to sing........
or have the VIP abseil from helicopter
if u are unable to do, outsource to proper event co.
