no lah, last night not enough sleep mah 
formatting more or less ok liao, eg. the double spacing + single
spacing for quotes, and also changed the page number from top to
bottom centre, plus managed to get the footnoting to start at one
from every new chapter.
but as more changes are made, i will do adjustments accordimgly
lor, so that i won't hv a Heading one end of page then content on a
new page, stuff like that..
but i still need to do bibliography, abbreviation of journals used,
content page, Abstract, and acknowledgement.. hn ma fan..
