If you think thumbless bowling is rare, just wait until you see
people who slide on the same side as their bowling arm. I can't
even begin to fathom how they manage that.
Then there is this one person that Chuanish and I saw who changes
his sliding leg... mid-slide.
I'm not even bothering about that one.
