Hairsalon help - Female Short Hair

I am looking for a good hairsalon/barber which is good with female short hairstyle. And I am looking forward to dye my hair too. Since I am schooling, I can only dye a few shades lighter than my natural hair color.

if u want to dye hair, dun go for cheapsake one lah, cheap price saloon will use the cheapest indan make color dye (no license) that have full of chemical which is no good for your hair.
