Strangely, in my groups or other groups within my course, there is
no 'team leader'. Groups that did well, know how to use their group
members' strength. Everyone's a leader in a field, like one person
researches, one person analyses etc.
Groups that dont do well, tend to mull too much over the technical
requirements than the quality of their content, and tend to be
superbly competitive and have this kind of blaming attitude, even
if they are subtle.
