Hmm....NTU at least saw the point in doing so...NUS should,
but....not enough halls for all. If they do that, all would apply,
not enough to accomodate the requests...and it would be back to
square one (current situation where the one in power rules)
again.
So...until NUS has enough rooms for occupancy demands, I do not
foresee a change in administration regulations regarding hall
stays.
In fact, the bar for hall staying has increased tremendously...like
it used to take a pt or 2 to get into residences, and 40 pts into
halls, it has been seriously upped...
