The server stinks big time.
I remember last semester when the time came to register for
tutorials. The server simply couldn't take the stress. They had to
keep pushing the deadline back several times.
Sure, part of the blame can be placed on numbskulls who somehow
think that they need to rush to bid for modules. In the first
place, though, the server itself out to be able to handle a few
thousand logins all at once.
