Wireless Internet Access Query For NUS LTs

This problem is making me very frustrated.Often the signal strength in the LT is full and yet we can't seem to access it.

Do we need to create a VPN for this?Any lao jiaos out there?

It's funny, but the wireless reception is not strong in certain LTs, esp. in Arts... Rolling Eyes
