why does he needs more ms when he alrdy can outrun 80% of the
heroes? lr needs dmg not other things. in a game, lr's job is to
inflict as much dmg as he can while his teammates with do the
tanking+disabling. sny gives mediocre dmg at best, while other
items such as mjollnir/deso/bfly increases his DPS astoundingly. ms
is lacked to be desired for lr, while DPS is of utmost
importance.
lr has weak base dmg, but dat is only during early game. after that
period, he can take down heroes using his superior DPS. only
problem with lr is his vulnerability to spells, which a hood or BKB
will help greatly
