Is it? I was also under the impression if you queue commands
with SHIFT you won't waste any pulses.
Press 'C', click dagger, hold SHIFT, click on/near enemy and get
ready to rock!
Anyway, waste pulse or no, dagger's still a very good item for SK,
or most heroes for that matter!
