In most games, a player can at most get 2 high level items (MKB,
Buriza, Skadi, Scepter etc), and a few low/mid level items (SnY,
Treads, Eul etc).
Unless the opponents are feeders, then it's a different
story.
In a decent game (no noobs), you can't possibly farm until like
that one lor. Unless both sides refuse to push and spend the whole
of the 1st hour farming on neutral creeps.
