good news, i found a way to fix the -unrefreshable bug.
well, it might take some time though...
but if theres a drow ranger on the opposite team and ask them
nicely to shoot you.
the other way, which is the longer way, is try to find the ogre
magis in the forest. attack one of them, then wait for them to cast
frost armor. whack the one with frost armor, you should get
'frosted', and after that you should be fine ones it wears off.
