Should Invoker be nerf?

shade343 SG

I think meteor is an overpowered spell. Icefrog should replace the meteor spell with something less powerful.

I also find certain spells on him underpowered....especially the Invisible aura.

Whats the point of allowing others to become invisible while you are visible?

The only thing good I can think of using that spell is to lure enemies...

stellazio SG

meteor nerfed liao..play 6.11…basket chaos knight also kana nerfed..tmd..

DriftingGuy SG

black king bar... thats all i can say Laughing

dark_snowboy SG

of coz u canot be invis, or not u will be like sa..its cool, it doesnt need to be nerfed

chArr` SG

anyone thinks ursa warrior in version 6 too power?

shade343 SG

Pls dont go out of topic...we are discussing about Invoker Smile

shade343 SG

Sometimes...I really wonder what is the use of Levitation? Its a downright stupid spell....at the most you delay ur death for 7.2 seconds... Laughing

DriftingGuy SG

Its part of the cool factor...

Anyway i was thinking.. if someone were to memorize all the combinations and effects and hotkeys.. you get an invoker who can deal tons of damage quickly even at late levels.. for an intel hero its one of those who can play till late game unlike zeus or cm or lich

shade343 SG

Ever since they nerf meteor...I started playing invoker hit and run style... Laughing

Quas and Wex build.

Use tornado for farming and sniping. Den go Bs ppl.

My item build...Bkb, Power threads, Buriza, Linken spehere. Lion cant touch me Razz Lina cant touch me Razz

dibilo SG

lol think of situtions like freezing field, omni slash, eclipse and you'll know the use for it.

Boyish84 SG

Invoker is chim..if theres any full time Invoker player surely he be able to use all different spells at different situations. Maybe u see Invoker next time in clan matches?

shade343 SG

do you have the time to remember the correct reagents ,cast invoke and activate levitation? Laughing

Boyish84 SG

if u are hardcore enough, write on paper and stick on your monitor Laughing

dark_snowboy SG

for more hardcore, write on hand and memorise when u r shitting Laughing

stellazio SG

now, invokers shall now be seen everywhere because of the new 6.12 where -fun has to be activated in order for the fun tavern to appear den can choose invoker and techie..i say create a lame tavern as well for those heroes like naix where u just click on the enemy and watch the show.. Mad

shade343 SG

I think Invoker shldnt be in the fun Tavern.

Its quite tournament worthy....Wonder what the developers are doing...

Yunhaier SG

Seriously, I have yet to see a pro invoker. Most people just spam Meteor. Seen one guy frost, plus the EWQ (dunno what's the name) - pawn bone like freefrag.

Actually invisible aura is to save people... when running back as a group... the hide those who are dying. Pretty useless IMHO, even though I am a support pro. Hiak!

Cheers

stellazio SG

never liked support heroes..i like hero killers maybe because of my killing instinct ba..see someone half life..bam..he’s dead..wahaha..

DriftingGuy SG

If someone mastered the invoker and all his spells, aka noe what spell to use to counter who.. the proness will be incredible... but its very very hard .. you need fast fingers, a good memory and able to keep cool especially when a god strength sven come up to u Laughing

snk86 SG

not totally stable yet i guess, i seriously feel techie do not belong to this fun tarvern, blink in suicide, then other 4 initiate combo is a classic 5v5 combat tatic
