Well, dragg, technically speaking it's not over yet. If the FIA
steps in and denies Alonso the single point he needs in Brazil, the
title is still Scummaker's.
That said, no more justice could have been done today. What with
that farcical blocking penalty that Mad Max's stoolies dropped on
Alonso, and Renault's flaccid fumbling last week, this is the great
equaliser, and I dare say that while Alonso made the best of it,
I've seen other championship contenders fail to take advantage of
such a situation in years past.
One more race, and regardless of the result, it's good riddance to
bad rubbish and, hopefully, the return of some real racing.
