tiong kok mandarin accent ma, u know? then the people will
purposely reply back the tiong kia in mandarin with
similar fake peking or shanghair accent. eeyer, so fake n
sarcastic. hear already i wanna ROFL

n also hor, not only tiongs leh. like got ang mor kwee talk to
them, they will answer back in fake american slang... sometimes
fake until so funny like that lor.
n then hor,... those indian from India....they tok vid a vely
indian accent, n sometimes bob their head sideways. then again
some jokers will reply them back in fake indian accent n copy their
head bobbing.

Singaporeans are just trying to show those foreigners our
Multi-racial abilities. 
Making foreigners feel welcome have been built and
instilled into us ever since we chanted our national pledge for at
least 9-10years already.
But if you see a Singaporean doing a fake ah tiong or fake
bollywood to another Singaporean, that's people trying to poke fun
at each other.
But if you see a Singaporean doing a fake ang moh to another
Singaporean, that's people trying to act smart and educated at each
other.
I like Singaporeans, they says they likes you but they actually
meant to say they likes to hurt you.
