Is it safe to have "specials" in massage parlours or beauty
salon in shopping centers?
I guess the worry is to get caught in the act when police barge
into the room. But even if didn't get caught red
handed, but will police still be able to trace past clients
through video cam or some other means?
I think the biggest problem is underage girls but I think those
girls in massage parlours should have license and therefore not
underage right?
