the boy will be charge.. But chances if the girl testimony is
she a willing party.
The boy most likely will be put on probation for maybe 1.5 to
2yrs.
Where he must attend a series of educational talks and
counselling. and under the supervision of the probation officer. on
top on that routine reporting is a must and a curfew will be impose
on him.
For the girl, mostly nothing will happen, the most is
recommendation of counselling.
In a way, it will be good for the boy and girl, probabtion does
not carry a criminal record.
