I feel sorry for OP. Been on here couple of days, went through
all the old threads. LOL so much trolling. only a handful was
helpful enough to actually post proper response.
I'd stay clear from red district. Budget hotels or hostels
should do the trick. But I'll usually do my "homework" on the net
and check the place itself if I have the time. Other than that,
sorry, can't help much here.
