Vigelic SG I'm so saddened after looking at the pics although i don't know him but i hope their family etc. pulls thru this. hmm so it was drinking + speeding? sigh. really shldn't have gotten behind the wheel.. but its kinda too late for regrets.. with regards to how speeding kills.. i have something to say though.. it's not the speed that kills.. it's speed without control that kills.. shld have slowed down when there's a vehicle in front.. u never know when it'll stop suddenly.. esp. on a small road like sixth avenue.. but ya.. speeding will aggravate the injuries when an accident occurs.. sigh.. and with regards to the photograph posting.. i guess the news has a duty to report as well? just sucks that the photographer didn't do anything to help except take photos.. and just hope that people learn not to drink and drive / speed after seeing them.. hopefully the photos will prevent others from ending up in a similar situation =/
Icemoon SG This is weird .. if the accident happened more than 30 minutes ago, shouldn't there be people helping to put out the fire? After all, it is a residential area.
spec SG Speeding has it own consequences. When you are dead, you don't know how your friends and families would feel. So take this as a lesson learnt. Wealth would not bring a life back. So RIP to your friends, who decided to be part of the statistics, unfortunately.
SEI SG they did try and put it out... one guy came with a fire extinguisher but there was nothing he could do... he couldnt get near the car... the flames were too hot

Icemoon SG I think we have been too harsh on the STOMP guy. From reading the news report, it seems when the car was burning, no one knew whether there was anyone inside. 'cos burning so cannot see .. and there was no plea for help. but then the car was not at a parking position but buang position .. so I guess it is reasonable to assume someone was inside. Haiz. I mean he shouldn't have posted the burning photo, but I guess taking a photo of a burning car per se is not a crime either.
tomsss SG I emailed STOMP regarding the matter of putting up the picture sent by that STOMPer... now its been taken away. that STOMPer can take the picture as he like... but for STOMP to actually put it up, despite knowing the fact, with comfirmation from the Police, that there were 2 fatalities in the burning car... is purely unacceptable... that's basicaly what i mentioned in the email to them.
Elysium7 SG Thanks alot for that, I did the same thing as well and emailed them. Really is unacceptable for STOMP to post those images of the burning car, and even put it all over the site as one of their 'Top 5'

coffeeortea SG last night i saw a a grey lancer and a taxi driver stopped in the middle of the road, an angry man got outta the lancer and went to confront the taxi driver, i thought they were gonna fight there and then.
