i think u guys better go look through the basics of physics.
Force and momentum.
Imagine u punch a wall , the wall doesnt hurt but ur hands do. WHY
? Now imagine punching the with an equivelant force of 200KM/H . Ur
hands will just disintegrate , while the wall is still
standing.
If those that say speeding doesnt kill , its just dumb. And to say
that stationary is what kills another person is just stupid
also.
even if u dont go stationary , the chasis of the car will crush u
anyways. Not to mention cars with no collision drop engines. U will
have a very hot engine sitting on your lap with boiling water
sprinkling in your face. Your car is still moving , after the
impact swirling around n goes to a gentle stop. But u'll still be
dead anyways.
the slower you go the less likely it will be fatal and u will have
time to correct the car if u hit a stationary object. But if you
are hit by an oncoming truck at 150KM/h as to u driving 50Km/h in
ur MX5 ... high chances are that small car gets crushed by bigger ,
heavier , tougher truck. So the person sitting in the small car
gets crushed like waste paper.
I've got friends crushed by engine , he did not die in the accident
but being boiled alive by the engine vapor. N the front passenger
tried to decrease damage by putting his legs on the dashboard n got
snapped in half. So u tell me. We were racing n he was in his
Supra. Somehow lost control hits a tree and wham..game over.N it
was a straight 4 way lane somemore.
