Time for Cloud seeding or ChemTrail?

Let me explain what they are first.

Cloud Seeding: In which clouds can be created or removed from a certain area to create rain

ChemTrail: Pretty much a rumor about its existence, but said to be capable of changing weathers and global dimming

Global Dimming is the reduction in amount of global direct irradiance on the Earth surface

So with a brief understanding of what it is, it is pretty obvious what I am trying to get at. It's time for Singapore to experience some rainfall...

brudder, CHEMTRAIL has already been happening for years...............seems to have started around the time Lee Hsien Loong became PM................an obvious connection if you really know what chemtrail is all about...........

chemtrail is dead real and it's happening over S'pore...............a contrail will dissipate after a while while chemtrail will spread out across the sky.................

chemtrail is full of toxic chemicals and particles so not a good thing, brudder.

Cloud seeding is not 100% gurantee rain will form, and yes chemtrail is already happening.
