Kboxyang SG anyone knows if Singaporean need to provide financial evidence when apply aus student visa?i plan to do a master degree in Sydney or Mel in Jul, guess only enough cash to cover school fees & half living cost :( can work part time over there??
ditzy SG Yes, can, please apply the right visa. Have a friend doing exactly just that, working shift at 7-11 to cover the cost.
Mid9Sun SG Hmm job market is still pretty tight over here in oz including casual / part time.Perhaps you might want to do more research into the job opportunities for you before you really come over, esp if you have limited resources to start with.Good luck!
Mid9Sun SG If I remember correctly, yes you do.This is because they need you to prove that you have resources to cover the costs of your stay in oz.
Gedanken SG It will be handy to keep a statement when you're applying for rental properties as well.Note that a condition of the student visa is that you're allowed a maximum of 20 hours of paid work per week.
