all in all rational people heed advises. The books were written far back with some 'truths' in patterns. How they were written and the minds of the people who wrote them remains a paradox. Latere people who see the pattern and accuracy in truths on bigger events and happens claims it religiously thruth.

Lets not let such words strike fear in our minds and hearts. Continue our lives as we were. What we know is we are dealing with logic on how nature and the universe behaves. We do not worship predictions like a supremecy. Instead make use of predictions for a better course of planning on the right action to take to overcome a situation.

The strong electromagnetic pulse (EMP) that results has several components. In the first few tens of nanoseconds, about a tenth of a percent of the weapon yield appears as powerful gamma rays with energies of one to three mega-electron volts (MeV, a unit of energy). The gamma rays rain down into the atmosphere and collide with air molecules, depositing their energy to produce huge quantities of positive ions and recoil electrons (also known as Compton electrons). The impacts create MeV-energy Compton electrons that then accelerate and spiral along the Earth's magnetic field lines. The resulting transient electric fields and currents that arise generate electromagnetic emissions in the radio frequency range of 15 to 250 megahertz (MHz, or one million cycles per second). This high-altitude EMP occurs between 30 and 50 kilometers above the Earth's surface. The potential as an anti-satellite weapon became apparent in August 1958 during Hardtack Teak. The EMP observed at the Apia Observatory at Samoa was four times more powerful than any created by solar storms, while in July 1962 the Starfish Prime test damaged electronics in Honolulu and New Zealand (approximately 1,300 kilometers away), fused 300 street lights on Oahu (Hawaii), set off about 100 burglar alarms, and caused the failure of a microwave repeating station on Kauai, which cut off the sturdy telephone system from the other Hawaiian islands [1]. The radius for an effective satellite kill for the various prompt radiations produced by such a nuclear weapon in space was determined to be roughly 80 km. Further testing to this end was carried out, and embodied in a Department of Defense program, Program 437.

With the amount of solar debris travelling in the earth's atmosphere, even if their period of rotation is the same as earth's, at that distance from the centre of the Earth, the tangential speed in the circular motion would already put most satellites in danger of being destroyed.

technical faults better than religious faults.

Like i wrote i am not able to find any indiction or developments of this issue over any formal sites. If any one can find just share. However many informal sites indicated NASA's acknowldgement. Hope the people capable of turning this around to avoild losses in lifves or if possible too evitable properties damage do the right decision if it does happen.

As for warnings yes i appreciate it. We heed it. But don't expect us to worship the source like its gold.

but wait a minute,,,,,isnt rockets powered by nuclear and actually went to various other planets?that means nulear explosion still is aBLE TO PUSH THINGS OVER A TON IN SPACE at a fraction of a small boy bomb......didnt they say a meteor the size of a ball could destroy the planet in the past?so if the nuclear missiles did destroy the meteor,the propulsion shockwaves would move planet a bit if nuclear missile is strong enough.

No the tests yield big results in my opinon. sateliites knocked out, and communications greatly disrupted.

so now if the alarm comes and the size of the poop acertain they have to make a decision to evacuate the citizens of the affect areas or to shoot/ deflect its course in outer space at the expense of total coomunications blackout.

It will depends on the size of the poop, the power of nuclear to be used.
