i called and the CSO said i must call 1688
bcos this hotline is oni for signup.... not for terminating

i called 1688 and i was told i cannot terminate over the fone
unless i take the set-top box and remote control to 3 VERY
CONVENIENT locations -- tenpenis, CWP or comcentre. only then i can
terminate.
which means i have to continue paying until i got time to travel to
there and queue.
want me to sign up tt time every thing do sui sui
now i want to terminate become so troublesome
so i told the CSO i want to feedback on this poor service, i got
cut off!!!!!
