the dots are really called "Visual Snow"
possible causes :
1)lack of water
2)medication u have been taking that u might have side effects
to
3)testerone issues
possible remedy:
1)abstain from that medicine thats giving u problem
2)drink more water
visual dots or snow is a new thing and the true cause
is yet to be fully determined......
