Hand problem

Up to now I am still not fully recovered.

Anyway, I read up more info on internet.

It says it can take months to more than 1 year.

I still cannot fully use my right hand, like eating (using utensils), and other fine motor skills.

instead of self diagnosing, why not see a doc?

I did, I did.

He just said wait till it heal by itself.

Now it did subside, but not fully recovered yet.

This is a problem which is quite demoralizing to me....

Sometimes at night I am in pain before sleeping.

My right hand has been suffering from "pin and needles" sensations (like numb / cramped) due to possibly long term awkward computer usage.
