Faber is well, quite steep. 
Good ambience for couples or people who want peace and quiet, the
view towards the port from the front is not bad, but the view
facing the hdb flats OWN, behind the cafe, before the hotel also
have, but more people.
Don't bother going during valentines, crowded, but end december
very nice, the hotel area decorated with lots of lights, including
one pyramid shaped structure.
