I bought a pair of dining lamps about 1 year ago. Recently
during CNY, the bulb fell and shattered on the dining table. No one
was injured as no one was at the dining table. The bulb fell was
not because of installation problem. It fell because the metal part
at the bottom of the bulb detached (due to don't know what reason)
from the bulb. It should be manufacturing problem. It is a hazadous
incident. Can I go back to the shop and ask for compensation? e.g
choose another lamp at the seller's cost?
People dont sell bulbs with guarantee cards attached to
it.
